A few things
worth knowing.
I can’t sign in. Where should I start?+
Use webmail.fastemail.net and your existing account credentials. Check your username and the selected server in the Mac app. If you’re still stuck, contact us using an email address you can access.
Where do I change my theme?+
Open Settings in webmail or the Mac app, then choose a theme. FastEmail includes light, dark, and a selection of colored appearances.
Why am I not seeing Mac notifications?+
Check notification permissions in macOS System Settings, your Focus settings, and the notification options inside FastEmail. Background monitoring works while FastEmail is running. Quitting the app or putting the Mac to sleep pauses it.
